Yes, he certainly proved it when he stepped in at the last minute to replace Carlos Sainz! Ferrari would have saved a lot of money in 2025 by hiring him instead of Lewis, who's now just a name... as far as racing is concerned, every man for himself! :)

For Hamilton, this is his last chance. If he starts the way he finished the last one, it would be better for Ferrari's image to put an end to his suffering. And even if a miracle were to happen and he were to win the title, retirement would follow immediately. So, in any case, the seat will soon be available for Bearman. Unless Antonelli snatches it from him, because a promising Italian at Ferrari would certainly thrill the Italian fans.
