This Saturday, Lando Norris will be able to get closer to a first world title in Formula 1The Briton dominates the championship with a 24-point lead over Oscar piastri et Max Verstappentied for second place. However, he will have to wait until the Grand Prix to be crowned… or for the battle to continue until Abu Dhabi, in the event that he scores fewer than 34 points on the Losail circuit.

The Qatar Grand Prix will host the sixth and final Sprint of the 2025 season, for which teams have had only one Free Practice session to optimize their cars. As the sun sets, the drivers will be vying for a maximum of 8 points, with Oscar Piastri leading the grid ahead of George Russell. They will then attempt to set the fastest possible lap in the Qualifying session after nightfall, which will determine the starting grid for Sunday's Grand Prix.

Doha will host the penultimate leg of Formula 2where another title remains up for grabs. F2 championship leader Leonardo Fornaroli will start ninth on the reversed grid for the sprint race, while Richard Verschoor will take advantage of the reversal to start from reverse pole position.
