The 2026 DLC for the F1 25 video game will be released in early June.

So there are only two weeks left to wait before we can play the official game of the 2026 season of Formula 1Unlike previous years, there is no F1 26 in sight, but a DLC for the F1 25 game, released last year, before the official game returns in a brand new version with F1 27. All the drivers, teams and circuits of the 2026 season will therefore be playable, including the Cadillac F1 team and the new circuit of the Spanish Grand Prix, the Madring.

The latter will only be playable with the 2026 single-seaters, which should also incorporate all new physics to best simulate the new generation of Formula 1, with new engines giving pride of place to electric energy, and a system of removable front and rear wings in a straight line.

Gabriel Bortoleto, Lewis Hamilton et Valtteri Bottas are the "cover stars," in other words, the drivers on the cover, of this new installment in the series developed since 2009 by Codemasters. The 2026 season of Formula 2 will also be available, as has been the tradition for several years, the official video game allowing initially to drive with the machines, drivers and teams from the previous season, before a free update during the year.
