Is it the right one this time? If she hadn't made any noise for a few months, Red Bull having chosen to focus solely on the athlete, the case against Christian Horner was not yet over.

While the main team of the Austrian team was cleared on February 28 in the investigation which targeted him for potential inappropriate behavior towards an employee, in this case his assistant, the latter had decided to appeal after having been notably suspended.

After a few weeks of investigation, the complainant saw her right of appeal rejected following the investigation carried out by the second lawyer mandated by Red Bull GmbH. “ Earlier in the year, a complaint was filed against Christian Horner which was investigated, reads the statement. The complaint was dealt with in proceedings by appointing an independent lawyer, who dismissed the accusations.

The plaintiff exercised his right to appeal, which was reviewed by new counsel. All stages of the appeal process have now been completed, and the end result is that the appeal is not upheld. The lawyer's conclusions were accepted and adopted by Red Bull. The internal process is complete. The company respects the privacy of all its employees and will not make any further communication on this subject. Red Bull commits to continuing to uphold the highest standards of working conditions."
