As expected, Franco Colapinto joins well Alpine

It was in the air, it is now official, Franco Colapinto will appear under the colors ofAlpine during the 2025 season and no longer those of WilliamsThe French team announced his recruitment this Thursday after finding common ground with the team led by James Vowles who released him from his commitment.

Regarding his role, the Argentinian will be a test and reserve pilot during this 2025 campaign. Formula 1. " His arrival will help to expand the pool of talent that the team will be able to draw on for driving missions throughout the season., " explain Alpine.
The Flavio Briatore-led outfit says Franco Colapinto will be present at several Grands Prix during the season in addition to sharing the wheel with fellow reserve drivers Paul Aron and Ryō Hirakawa in the old car testing programme [TPC] while contributing to the team's efforts on the simulator.enstone.

The King of Cheaters Il Magnifico Flavio has already planned to oust one of his 2025 regular drivers, hello serenity at Alpine before starting the season... with Paul Aron (to have a rookie to satisfy the 2025 rookie runs), Ryō Hirakawa (to please Toyota in exchange for what?) and now Franco Colapinto waiting in the shadows at the back of the stand!
