The association McLaren/Honda, between 1988 and 1992, crushed everything in its path: eight world championship titles, 44 victories (or 55% of their starts), 53 pole positions and 91 podiums. So, when on May 16, 2013, McLaren formalized the end of the association with Mercedes to patch things up with Honda
