F1 25 will once again integrate Braking Point mode

Like every two years since F1 21, "Braking Point" is experiencing a new chapter this year. After following the debut of rookie Aiden Jackson in F1 21, the Konnersport team made its debut in F1 23 with a female driver, Callie Mayer. The latter will once again be a playable character in the new version of what is designed as a career mode halfway between the classic mode and the interactive movie. Both drivers of the Konnersport team will now be playable, and the young team will try to climb the hierarchy throughout the 2025 season. Formula 1.

« The story of Braking Point has evolved significantly over the past two chapters, and we can't wait to see players take on the roles of Aiden, Callie, and Devon (Butler) as contenders for the title of World Champion.", explained Gavin Cooper, creative director of F1 25. “Given players’ attachment to these characters, we’ve expanded the Konnersport experience into other game modes so they can continue to shape the team’s future. Players can now use Konnersport in My Team and Career, allowing them to create new storylines as they compete against the competition.”

Indeed, one of the new features is the ability to take Konnersport, as well as APX GP, into My Team and Career modes, and thus use them without the "obligations" of Braking Point mode. These teams will thus be able to be managed like any other, transferring drivers, improving their cars, etc. The standard version of F1 25 will be available from May 30 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S/X. The Emblematic Edition of the EA Sports game, with Lewis Hamilton on the cover, will give access to three days of early access.
