For all budgets and especially “a little in the face of the customer” for Liberty Media so to speak! It all depends on whether we are ready to do sportwashing, whether we are a rich autocrat who wants to flatter his ego, whether we are a country prepared to pay more than is reasonable in order to appear on the world stage of motorsport, if we represent a country historically linked to F1, if we are able to provide an "immersive customer experience" with many extras that necessarily have little to do with the heritage of F1... all being to have a very thick checkbook in order to respond to the many dictates of Liberty Media!
