The orange army was once again out this Saturday at Zandvoort for qualifying for the Dutch Grand Prix, but it was not Max Verstappen who took pole position at home! The Dutchman will however start from the first row, alongside the pole sitter Lando Norris. The Briton thus offers himself his fourth pole position in Formula 1. His teammate Oscar piastri will start from the second row, alongside George Russell.

Alpine experienced varying fortunes during qualifying, Pierre Gasly finally starting from ninth position, whileEsteban Ocon will have to settle for fifteenth place on the grid. The number 31 appeared disillusioned from his return to the pits, and also in an interview at the end of this Saturday's session. He will have right in front of him the Mercedes de Lewis Hamilton, relegated to thirteenth place, following a three-place penalty for hindering Sergio Pérez.

Both Williams they will start from the back of the grid, since Logan sargeant did not take part in the qualifying session following his accident in FP3. He was therefore drafted by the commissioners. The latter also had to fish out his teammate Alexander albon but for another reason. The Thai driver was in fact excluded from the qualifying results, following an irregularity on his floor. Albon managed to get his Williams into Q3, and set himself the eighth best time in this final portion of qualifying.

Kevin Magnussen will start from the pitlane this afternoon, after having changed components of his engine under Parc Fermé, between qualifying and the race. The Dutch Grand Prix will begin this Sunday afternoon at 15 p.m., and will be followed on Canal+.
