VIDEO – The stakes of the F1 Canadian Grand Prix

Lance stroll will make his return to the wheel at home, after being forced to miss the Spanish Grand Prix in Formula 1. The pilot Aston Martin will therefore once again team up with Fernando Alonso, and will hope to score points again this season.
We are also interested in Williams, which must bounce back after a difficult Spanish Grand Prix, where it did not score any points. Also in difficulty in recent weeks, the team Mercedes hopes to be able to recover in Canada, on a circuit where traditionally, cooler conditions can suit them.

The return of the only permanent driver on the grid, without his knowledge and of his own free will, that's a challenge! We only hope that in the event of an unresolved injury, he will withdraw before qualifying... to let Bottas get into the second Aston due to the lack of other available drivers due to the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

A setting more in the motorsport atmosphere. It would be surprising if Aston had "punished" Stroll by suspending him; it's hard to imagine a team deliberately depriving itself of a car. But he could have injured himself during his fit of anger. Antonelli remains ahead of Hadjar in the standings, who has also benefited from the troubles of the second-placed Mercedes and even Russell for his recent fine run. But it's true that Hadjar gains momentum when Antonelli has a slump, not helped by his mechanics, however.
