If you are just starting to take an interest in GT3 competition, the name of Rowe Racing will quickly catch your eye in 2024. The German team, partner of BMW Motorsport, presented its programs for the coming year, and they are of high quality.
First of all, Rowe Racing will defend its crown at the 24 Hours of Spa, with a trio remaining unchanged: Philipp Eng, Marco Wittmann and Nick Yelloly. Next, the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup will be on the program, with the experienced Augusto Farfus, and the factory drivers Max Hesse and Dan Harper.
In addition, the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring, where Rowe Racing remains on two second place finishes in 2021 and 2023, will feature as a prime objective. Seven official drivers will be divided into the two BMW M4 GT3s entered. If the crews are not yet completely determined, we already know that Robin Frijns and Raffaele Marciello will strengthen the team for the first time in the Green Hell.

Both will live alongside Rowe Racing's regular drivers, Augusto Farfus, Maxime Martin, Marco Wittmann and Sheldon van der Linde. “ The partnership between BMW M Motorsport and Rowe Racing is a great success, said Andreas Roos, head of BMW M Motorsport. It is a real shame that not all official BMW M drivers are available due to a conflict of dates for the 24 Hours of Nürburgring (race in IMSA who will retain Philipp Eng, Nick Yelloly and Connor de Phillippi. Editor’s note). However, I think our high-level group allows us to build very strong teams. »
Robin Frijns: “The last time I started on the Nordschleife in 2022, I won the 24 Hours with Dries Vanthoor. I can’t wait to make my debut with BMW M Motorsport. It is one of the biggest motorsport events in Germany, and the fans are particularly enthusiastic about it. A driver never gets bored on the Nordschleife. I can't wait to see how my debut behind the wheel of the BMW M4 GT3 goes. »
Raffaele Marciello: “I’m really looking forward to returning to the Nordschleife – especially with BMW M Motorsport and Rowe Racing, as they share an impressive history of good results at this circuit. I've never won this race, I've only finished on the podium, so I'm really hoping for a good performance. But above all, I have to prepare well with the team and in the car, which is new for me.
