Alessandro Ghiretti in the GT World Challenge with Boutsen VDS

Boutsen VDS has finalized its lineup for the 2026 GT World Challenge Europe season by confirming its driver lineup. Porsche No. 10. Frenchman Alessandro Ghiretti will share the wheel with Belgian Gilles Magnus and Swede Robin Knutsson in the Belgian team, which had already officially announced its crew in the Pro category as well as the support of D'Ieteren Luxury Performance for its two cars.

Competing in the Gold Cup, car #10 will be driven by Gilles Magnus. A former champion in the category, the Belgian driver joins from Saintéloc Racing and has solid championship experience, gained notably with Team WRT and Comtoyou Racing.

Boccolacci also at Boutsen VDS

Alongside him, Robin Knutsson will be making his debut in the GT World Challenge Europe. Runner-up in the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux last season, the 23-year-old Swede first made a name for himself in TCR Scandinavia in 2021 before becoming a regular in Porsche one-make series. Magnus and Knutsson will contest the entire season, aiming for the Gold Cup title, including in the Sprint category.

For the sleeves ofEnduranceThe duo will be joined by Alessandro Ghiretti. The 24-year-old Frenchman is coming off a remarkable season, culminating in the Porsche Supercup title, after having already secured the Porsche Carrera Cup France and Asia crowns in 2024. He made his GT World Challenge debut at the 2025 finale in Barcelona.

Last month, Boutsen VDS also unveiled its driver lineup for the Pro category. Porsche factory driver Dorian Boccolacci will contest the entire season, marking his return to Europe after a successful GT World Asia campaign. He will be joined by Alessio Picariello and Morris Schuring in the Endurance Cup races, with the latter two also expected to share driving duties with Boccolacci in the Sprint Cup depending on their availability.

The 2026 GT World Challenge Europe season will begin at Circuit Paul Ricard on April 11 and 12, preceded by the official Prologue on April 8 and 9. The first round of the Sprint Cup will take place at Brands Hatch on May 2 and 3.
