Perfect weekend for the #32 Audi. Dries Vanthoor and Charles Weerts won Race 2 at Misano, the day after their victory in Race 1. The Belgian duo from Team WRT, who took pole in both qualifying sessions, pocketed all the points available in this Italian meeting. If the two drivers further increased their lead in the Sprint Cup (108,5 points), they also took the lead in the general GT World Challenge Europe championship, ahead of Raffaele Marciello.

The Italian-Swiss and his teammate Timor Boguslavskiy (Akkodis ASP) once again took 2nd place. Part 4, the Classic Mercedes for sale #89 took advantage of a poor pit stop by his opponents to gain two positions. The third step of the podium is occupied by the No. 11 Audi of the Trésor by Car Collection team, driven by the Gachet-Haase duo. The Safety Car appeared twice, first at the start of the race after an accident between the McLaren of Siedler (JP Motorsport n°111), the Classic Ferrari for sale of Bertolini (AF Corse n°52) and the Audi of Marschall (Attempto Racing n°66). She then returned at the end of the event after the accident of Lorenzo Patrese (Trésor by Car Collection n°12), who went straight at turn 11 due to a brake failure on the Audi.

In the Silver category, the victory of the De Pauw – Jean drivers (AF Corse n°53) means that they become champion of the category in the Sprint Cup in Misano, before the last meeting in Valencia. The Franco-Belgian duo beat the No. 99 Attempto Racing of Alex Aka and Nicolas Schöll. The No. 30 Audi of Neubauer and Goethe (Team WRT), in the lead before the Safety Car, lost everything on the last lap and finished 3rd. For the Pro-Am category, the #188 McLaren of Miguel Ramos and Dean MacDonald (Garage 59) took their second consecutive victory.
