It is a trial during which " "Everyone is going to suffer."as anticipated by Judge Kenneth D. Bell, who is presiding over the case. The case began in September 2024, when the Nascar imposed a new franchise agreement on the teams, just days before a playoff game in Atlanta. All the teams agreed.
