A completely crazy second part of June. After the 24H of Le Mans, and before the 24 Hours of Spa at the end of next week, a third double-circle race is also taking place this week. And just as legendary as the other two: the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring.
From this Thursday, June 19th to Sunday, June 22nd, no fewer than 141 cars in... 20 different classes (!) will be battling it out on the famous Nordschleife. In the main class, SP9, 27 cars are entered. Some of these will be driven by French drivers. Starting with Kévin Estre (Manthey EMA) and Julien Andlauer (Falken Motorsport).
The two factory drivers Porsche, who competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans last week in Hypercar (2nd place for Estre's No. 6, 6th place for Andlauer's No. 5), will this time be driving a 911 GT3 R and in two different teams. Another Frenchman, Dorian Boccolacci, also entered in the SP9 class, will also drive a 911 GT3 R, from the same team as Julien Andlauer, Falken Motorsport.
24 Hours of the Nürburgring: eleven French drivers entered in seven different classes
Also in this SP9 class, we find Thomas Neubauer and Steven Palette. The first named will be driving a Ferrari 296 GT3 from the REALIZE KONDO Racing team. While the second will drive a Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 from the PROSport Racing team.
In total, eleven Frenchmen are competing in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring this year, in seven different classes. Among them is Giuliano Alesi, the son of the former driver of F1, who will be driving a Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO (SP8 class). Also included is Nathanaël Berthon, who has participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans several times. He will drive an Audi RS3 LMS TCR (TCR class).
Finally, the four other French drivers present in Germany this week are Fabrice Reicher (SP 4T class, Porsche 718 Cayman), Joël Le Bihan (V5 class, Porsche Cayman CM12), Jérôme Larbi (V6 class, Porsche Cayman GTS) and Joshua Bernadski (Coupe 3, Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport).

Hello, Please correct your list of French drivers entered in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring by adding my name: Fabrice Reicher, I drive the #69 Cayman for HY Racing. A useful little clarification: this will be my 23rd participation in this race...
