Impressive Nissan double at Fuji, Lilou Wadoux in the top 10

Super GT Fuji 2024 ranking:
- The second round of the 2024 Super GT was held exceptionally this Saturday, May 4 on the Fuji circuit (Japan), due to Golden Week, a week of vacation in the Land of the Rising Sun.
- Starting from pole position, the new Honda Civic of Kakunoshin Ohta and Koudai Tsukakoshi dropped to third place. The Nissan Zs of the NISMO clan were too fast on this circuit. Mitsunori Takaboshi and Atsushi Miyake took the lead from the first lap and dominated the debates over the planned 3 hours of effort! They beat their experienced teammates Katsumasa Chiyo-Ronnie Quintarelli by 13 seconds.
- Giuliano Alesi, associated with Ukyo Sasahara (Toyota), just missed the top 10 (11th).
- In the GT300 category, Lilou Wadoux and Kei Cozzolino (Ferrari 296 GT3 of Ponos Racing) started from sixth place on the grid. The French debutant finished in 9th position; This is her first top 10 this year, as the Amianoise finished 12th at the opening of the campaign in Okayama in April. Lilou Wadoux is the first woman since Switzerland's Cyndie Allemann (in 2012) to score points in Super GT.
