How are you approaching this weekend at home?
Dijon is a circuit that I particularly love. There is a lot of rhythm, great sequences. However, it is not the place where I ride the most, the last time was in 2019. We rarely come here so I am very happy. I am keen to get a good result.
Is there an extra soul or pressure to ride in front of your family and friends?
Both of course. An extra soul because you can increase your abilities tenfold but it can quickly lead you to make big mistakes. I was a bit under pressure in Free Practice 2 and it didn't pay off. You shouldn't want to do too well, just have fun and it will definitely pay off.
Marvin Klein is present this weekend with ABM. With Florian Latorre, you have two Pro category drivers at your side, we imagine that's a big help!
I have all the cards in hand to be efficient! With Marvin, we are starting to get used to working together. We are trying to smooth out the faults in my driving. The two do not drive the same way so I try to take a little from both.
There are only two drivers entered in Pro-Am this weekend. So it will be a head-to-head race between you and Jérôme Boullery. Does that change anything?
Not really because since last year, we are used to racing against. The goal is not to focus only on Jérôme but also on the bottom of the Pro table. I already have two retirements and a passage in the race trap so three bad results. I used my jokers. To be champion, I have to win the last 6 races, it is not impossible but complicated. At the moment, Jérôme seems easy and free in the car. Mistakes can happen, nothing is impossible.
