PCCF – Misano: Klein gives ABM its first victory

• A dream day! After their first pole in Porsche In the Carrera Cup France, ABM has achieved its first overall victory. Marvin Klein won Race 1 at Misano after starting from third position.
• At the start, Mathys Jaubert immediately got the better of Paul Cauhaupé (ABM). The Martinet by Alméras driver led a pack of four drivers made up of Marvin Klein (ABM), Marcus Amand (CLRT Schumacher) and the poleman.
• Under pressure from the double PCCF champion, the IDEC Sport driver in ELMS was overtaken by the eventual winner after a very close battle. The championship leader then lost several positions to finish well outside the top five.
• Once in the lead, Marvin Klein created a sufficient gap to protect himself from the attacks of his pursuers. The Var rider used all his experience to secure another championship victory and, more importantly, to open his team's victory tally in the French Cup. Marcus Amand and Paul Cauhaupé joined him on the podium.
• In a race full of action, Chester Kieffer also battled it out against the pros. The Luxembourger won the rookie category ahead of Enzo Joulié (Martinet by Alméras) and Mathys Cappuccio (ABM). In the ABM rider's tailspin, PCCF 2025 Junior Karen Gaillard narrowly missed the podium.
• ABM was present on all the podiums, as the Pro-Am and Am victories went to the team from Haute-Savoie. Marc Guillot dominated his class, ahead of Jérôme Boullery and Cyril Caillo. In a wild day, Jean-Philippe Gambaro claimed his first victory of the season. Eric Debard (Debard Automobiles by Racetivity) and Jordan Boisson (TFT Racing) joined him on the podium.
• Race 2 will start this Sunday at 16:15 p.m.
