Absent from the calendar since 2022, the Spa-Francorchamps circuit welcomes this weekend the Porsche Carrera Cup France. As part of the SRO Speedweek, the Porsche 992 GT3 Cups will, at the end of this meeting, reach the mid-season mark. After Barcelona and the Paul Ricard, the Toboggan des Ardennes will allow some to continue their momentum and others to try to reverse the hierarchy of the first races.

Championship leader, Alessandro Ghiretti (Schumacher CLRT) was beaten by Mathys Jaubert (Martinet by Alméras) during the last race. The Junior Porsche Motorsport 2024 arrives in Belgium with the ambition of returning to victory. Conversely, his runner-up hopes to achieve a second career success in a row. Regional of the stage, the Belgian Benjamin Paque (TFT Racing) could well achieve a first success in PCCF at home.

The rookies, Paul Cauhaupé (CLRT Schumacher), Marcus Amand (Schumacher CLRT) and Victor Bernier (Martinet by Alméras) will probably be serious competitors for the overall podium. Finally, one name emerges from the entry list, that of Dylan Pereira. The 2022 Porsche Supercup champion replaces Fernando Monje in Philippe Alméras' team.
