Michel HOMMELL, the man who made AutoHebdo possible and ensured its survival! This interview doesn't mention his time with the Echappement Berlinette and the Hommell Berlinette, created with that incorrigible car enthusiast, former journalist Gilles Dupré, who was absolutely crazy about the Delta HF Integrale 16v, especially in its Giallo Ginestra color with its Recaro seats in Nero Alcantara and yellow stitching!

Glory to you, Mr. Hommell. Between reading the first issue of Auto Hebdo, exploring the village of Lohéac and all its circuits (for those who don't know it, check it out on Maps, it's impressive; Lohéac was practically a second home for me in the 90s, given the number of driving courses I did there with the Peugeot GTI club, where I sometimes crossed paths with you), and the museum, which I know by heart (those cursed Covid years that led to the loss of quite a few wonderful cars, including the Group B cars and the Bugatti), to compensate a little, I built a scale model of it! Not forgetting the visits to the Berlinette assembly workshops and driving it on the asphalt track next to the museum. And then, there was, and still is today, a piece of you on my coffee table: Auto Hebdo, of course, but also TVCable Hebdo, AutoModélisme. In short, Mr. Hommell, your work has been a part of my life for 50 years. My only regret is never having had the chance to visit. the premises of AH!
