To ask the question is to answer it: when there is a doubt, ... there is no doubt. Thierry Neuville is a great driver but not a champion. 1) If he is this year, he will owe it in large part to the partial program of Rovanpera and Ogier. 2) Since its implementation, the current starting order penalizes the best and therefore favors the following, since the avowed goal was to recreate the spectacle and therefore avoid the even more flagrant domination of Ogier (how many world titles? 8...). Despite this unfair rule, despite full annual programs, Thierry Neuville has never won a title. ..
