Vice-champion of the world rally in 1982, Michèle Mouton also successfully tackled the "race to the clouds". Winner in 1984 of the "Rally Open" category, she won the event in the overall classification the following year. All this, with a new record for the event at the time, which made her the only woman to receive the status of "King of the Mountain" ("King of the Mountain" in a completely literal translation...). On the occasion of the 2025 edition of this legendary event, Michèle Mouton will officially enter the "Hall of Fame", the "Pantheon of Fame" of Pikes Peak.

The Pikes Peak Hill Climb family is thrilled to welcome him back and celebrate his return.”
Mouton will also be in Colorado next June to attend her induction. She will then be able to discover who will join her on the list of Pikes Peak winners. Romain Dumas currently holds the record for the climb, with a time of 7:57, driving his electric Volkswagen ID R Pikes Peak.
