Andréa Dubourg made a lasting impression by winning the Rallycross from Lohéac for his first race of the season after a 10-month "break".
An opportunity, some free time in the calendar and the DA Racing driver took advantage of the final of the 5 Nations BRX (British Rallycross Championship) to get back behind the wheel of the DA Racing 208 RX1.
Always in the Top 3 in contact with Patrick O'Donovan (208 RX1) and Derek Tohill (208 RX1) during the qualifying heats, Dubourg took advantage of the Final of the first race of the weekend to climb to the top step of the podium.
In the British Championship, Irishman Derek Tohill (208 RX) scored big points with a second place ahead of Sam Clennel's rare Proton Iriz RX1.
Dubourg now has the keys to make La Marseillaise resound once again on English soil during Race 2 scheduled for this Sunday.
