As was the case last April, the final special stage of the Rally Terre d'Aléria proved decisive in determining the final standings of the event. And just as was the case at the Rallye Terre des Causses, Conner Martell and Alex Gelsomino (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) faltered on the final stage: both drivers made a mistake, fortunately without serious injury. Sarah Rumeau and Julie Amblard (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) couldn't have asked for more and seized the opportunity to secure their second career victory, following their win in Aveyron.

Another match that was worth following with interest was the one for 3rd place, which, due to the unfolding events of the race, became the battle for second place: by 8 tenths of a second, it was ultimately Matthieu and Mathilde Margaillan (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) who won this fight against Quentin Ribaud – Loan Biagetti (Hyundai i20N Rally2), who nevertheless secured their first career Top 3 finish in the French Gravel Rally Championship. After a very solid rally, Jean-Philippe Quilichini and François-Xavier Buresi (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) took 4th place and won a relatively minor competition for island crews. Having battled for victory in this rally last year, Henri-Marc Venturini, this time co-driven by Dominique Corvi (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2), finished 5th.

SMRC4: First victory for Alexandre Villiod – Maëlle Casays

In the Stellantis Motorsport family's flagship one-make series, the outcome of the second round of the season was once again decided on the final stage. Following Arthur Roché and Quentin Proust's victory at Le Touquet, it was Alexandre Villiod and Maëlle Casays' turn to claim their first SMRC4 win. The young crew had already won the final round of the Clio Trophy France Gravel at the Rallye Terre de Vaucluse last year, and delivered a truly outstanding performance here. Tom Pellerey and Kevin Bronner, who had been flying back from the start of the day, like Conner Martell and Alex Gelsomino, made a mistake without serious injury on the final stage, at the same spot as the 2C Compétition crew. Loïc Costes and Christelle Perrin, who had chosen this event to score more points thanks to the Rallye+ scheme, ultimately finished second and secured a significant championship advantage. The podium was completed by Arthur Roché and Quentin Proust, who climbed the ranks throughout the day thanks to a very consistent rally. Also noteworthy was the victory in the Yacco 2-Wheel Drive National Gravel Trophy for Hervé and Camille Regord (Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9), while Guy Bekart – Josh Reichenecker (Subaru Impreza STi N15) did not reach the finish line due to going off the road.
