Yoann Bonato, the rider from Les 2 Alpes now has a 7''1 lead over Hugo Margaillan, still threatening, at Vosges Grand Est Rally 2025. Bonato had to deal with very changeable conditions: "The conditions are not easy. We got through it this morning. We lost a little time in Corcieux, but it's not bad. We tried the super soft in the last one, but it rained at the start, which didn't help us much."

Hugo Margaillan, solid from the start, proved both fast and calm: "It was a good morning, it wasn't tricky this morning," he summed up.

On the other hand, Eric Camilli is taking a physical hit after a night disrupted by a stay in hospital: "I'm exhausted. I came home from the hospital at midnight and I didn't sleep well. I also think we need to prepare our rallies better." He is in 3rd place overall, 16 seconds behind.

Still 4th overall, Raphaël Astier continues to dominate the Trophy Alpine GT+ and the French 2WD Championship, despite the vagaries of the weather: "It wasn't easy, but it went well. We had a good lap this morning. We'll try to maintain our position."

Quentin Gilbert completed the top five, but saw Styve Juif return, now just 5 seconds behind. Juif, who was improving in these conditions, noted: "We didn't have the ideal tire choice, but it's okay."

Among other reactions, Cédric Robert appreciated the grip in the rain: "In the rain, we weren't bad," while Éric Mauffrey still encountered technical problems: "When I engage 5, sometimes it jumps!"

Finally, Patrick Rouillard remains combative, especially in his fight with Steve Mourey: "In the last one, I attacked. In the other two, I was a little too defensive. We're going to try to contain Steve, he's from here. We're going to work on the videos a little, like the young guys!"

In the side cups, Florian Bernardi continues his solo run at the top of the Trophy Alpine RGT, while Benjamin Stirling now leads SMRC4, after leader Mattéo Codaccioni went off the road.
