Canary Islands Rally - McErlean finally wakes up at M-Sport, Armstrong misses out

Not much was expected from M-Sport in the Canary Islands, and the two Ford Puma Rally1 cars predictably ran their own separate races. However, one trend emerged from their weekend: Josh McErlean may have been less flashy than Jon Armstrong, but he was more consistent on the Spanish tarmac.

Dominated in every aspect since the start of the season by his teammate, despite having a full year of experience in the Ford Puma Rally1 last year, Josh McErlean finally delivered an acceptable performance on the Rally Canary Islands. Not yet enough to declare victory.
