While the Spanish event is on the WRC calendar for the first time, the crews carried out their pace notes under complicated circumstances on often busy roads. It will be necessary to assess the impact this will have on the race, with possible errors.

The ritual is always the same. Before competing in an event, competitors must complete reconnaissance to build up their scores. In the world championships, participants are allowed two runs.
