Has Elfyn Evans lost the instruction manual again?

Omnipresent since the start of the season, Elfyn Evans completely disappeared during the Rally of Portugal. Whether he was the opener or trying to gain positions, the Welshman never managed to find a way to perform well. At the finish, it was impossible to tell whether this was an accident or a trend.
