You were a sensation at Monte Carlo with some fantastic performances. How are you approaching Sweden, a terrain you know a little better?

Sweden is truly the most beautiful playground there is for doing rally Everything is incredible here, and being here with a Rally1 class car is like being on a PlayStation: you can do whatever you want with the car, it's just magical. The grip is pretty good too; this year's conditions might not be exactly like previous years with less snow and lower snowbanks, but it'll be fine. The main thing to watch out for is tire wear on the second passes, which will be more polluted.

The line-up M-Sport This weekend's lineup is very interesting with Josh McErlean and Mārtiņš Sesks. Will this help you improve?

Of course, it's fantastic to be able to all three of us here this weekend. For me, it's very important to be able to compare myself to both Mārtiņš and Josh on this track. We had three good days of testing during which we were able to test each other's setups, and that's great: the working synergy between us is excellent, we push each other to improve, and we need that. Given our situation in the championship (0 points scored by M-Sport at Monte Carlo, a first in 24 years - Ed.), it's very important to be able to work together.

Do you think you can be the fastest man at M-Sport this weekend, like you were at Monte Carlo?

Let's just say that tomorrow's stages are quite similar to those used in the 2025 edition, which will put me at a disadvantage compared to Mārtiņš and Josh. They're very fast, and on these profiles, the slightest hesitation can cost you a lot of time. I wouldn't presume to say I could be the fastest, as snow isn't usually my preferred surface, but I did win here in the Junior category in 2022… So, why not!
