A golden opportunity for Mārtiņš Sesks
Aged 26, Mārtiņš Sesks has a great opportunity to prove his worth on the market. Not considered by Hyundai when defining the replacement forOtt Tanak, as well as by Toyota Although M-Sport could have secured his services to score points in the Manufacturers' Championship, the Latvian driver had to wait for opportunities to become more clearly defined. He is the fourth driver to have the opportunity to drive a Puma Rally1 this season, as Grégoire Munster will be at the start of the Monte Carlo Rally alongside the two factory drivers, Jon Armstrong and Josh McErlean. Therefore, there will be three drivers under Malcolm Wilson's team, when Mārtiņš Sesks is also present, attempting to represent the British team across all disciplines. As a reminder, the last victory for a Puma in the WRC dates back to 2023: Estonian Ott Tänak won in Chile before returning to Hyundai a few weeks later.
