Rally of Paraguay: The new event is being set up

Located in the heart of the city of Encarnacion in southern Paraguay, the service park for this 10th round of the season is slowly taking shape. The various team containers are in place and the team kitting has begun. The roar of the cars is still awaited, but the crowd has already responded.
