I disagree; things can happen, despite the organization's efforts. One thing is certain: it's the best rally in the world, with the best fans in the world. A quick question: does perfect organization even exist? The Rally of Portugal and Monte Carlo are the best in the world; the rest are rallies focused solely on the financial aspect, lacking passion and quality.
