Rally Portugal: Towards a very uncertain WRC2 with many French players?

In the event of Hyundai's departure, one of the solutions discussed would be to replace Rally1 with Rally2 until 2027. The Rally of Portugal offered an idea of ​​what this could look like with a very full RC2 category.
