Toyota the Hyundai appeared in the background, Thierry Neuville having finished the day in fifth place ahead Adrien fourmauxThe Frenchman conceded 1,2 seconds to his teammate. Next came Esapekka Lappi, Josh McErlean, Mārtiņš Sesks, and Lorenzo Bertelli. Jon Armstrong, who suffered a minor off-road excursion that prevented him from using his full power for the end of the stage, is currently in 21st place, behind many Rally2 cars.

Then, at the end of the day, there's another run through the Umeä Sprint stage, the same one tackled last night. Among the battles to watch, in addition to the fight for the overall classification, the WRC2 category will be one to watch closely. After the first stage, three drivers are tied for the lead, separated by less than a second. All three are Finnish, as Lauri Joona was fastest last night, ahead of Mikko Heikkilä and the returning Teemu Suninen. Mattéo Chatillon is eighth, while Eliott Delecour is 13th.
