Ott Tänak is definitely on form this Friday morning. The Estonian wins another special stage, covering the 24,90 kilometers in 16:00.9, ahead of Mārtiņš Sesks and Sami Pajari, who once again gained a few tenths of a second on Adrien fourmaux in the general classification.

Despite everything, the Frenchman, cautious and intelligent on a risky course, finished fourth in the special stage, and retained the overall lead by 2,9 seconds over the Finn after this morning loop.

As the three title contenders set off on SS11, disaster struck for Elfyn Evans, who suffered a puncture! The driver Toyota He fortunately managed to change his wheel in a record time of 1 minute and 38 seconds, allowing him to get going again. This quick repair enabled Evans to limit the damage in the general classification. The Welshman lost one position to Grégoire Munster (+12,8s), but should be able to recover it later in this stage. RallyThe incident is therefore more impactful psychologically than in terms of sporting performance for the driver.

Kalle Rovanperä also suffered a slow puncture on his front left tire two kilometers from the finish of this special stage. He was able to complete the course without being too affected by the incident.

Having been informed of his teammates' misfortunes, Sébastien Ogier He admitted to being more cautious on the course. The Frenchman finished 8th, with a time of 16:27.6. The three men are currently 7th, 8th, and 10th in the Rally, with the Frenchman ahead of the Finn and the Welshman.

Thierry Neuville was hampered by a broken left rear shock absorber on his Hyundai during the last two stages of the morning. After SS11, he was relieved not to have had to push them too hard. This setback relegates him far from the top 4 of the Rally.
