After a total domination of Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 on the first two rallies of the year, Monte Carlo and Sweden, the WRC The Safari Rally Kenya heads to Kenya for the third round of the championship, the first on gravel. However, the event is likely to be impacted once again by the sudden downpours that can hit the region, completely reshuffling the standings.
This third event of the year will be covered in its entirety on AUTOhebdo.fr with live text commentary, and on Canal+ Sport 360, from Thursday to Sunday. Featuring twenty special stages in a particularly challenging environment, the Rally Kenya should give us several surprises, and perhaps change once again the face of a championship now led by the winner of the Rally Sweden, Elfyn Evans, ahead of the winner of the Monte Carlo Rally, Oliver Solberg.
After skipping Sweden, the nine-time world champion Sébastien Ogier will be back behind the wheel of his Toyota, and he hopes to do better than his third place in the Monte Carlo Rally, the other event he competed in this year.
