Thierry Neuville: "We will have to see what the future of the team is, we could stay longer"

Just before the start of the Acropolis Rally, the Belgian driver confirmed that he would still be at Hyundai in 2025. The surprise came from the duration of the contract which will only be 12 months. Even if Thierry has not closed the door to a possible continuation, this raises questions about his future and that of Hyundai in the WRC.

What state of mind are you in after signing this contract?

We have been in discussion for a while with Hyundai and I am happy to announce it. After already 11 years of collaboration, there will therefore be a 12th consecutive season with a full-time steering wheel in WRC. This is great news. I am very happy to continue my favorite sport with the passion and enthusiasm I always have. I am looking forward to it.
