Terms and conditions of the Roole x AUTOhebdo competition at the 24 Hours of Le Mans

1. The organizers
Roole – Identicar SAS located at 7 Place René Clair, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, and AUTO HEBDO EDITIONS, located at 102 avenue Edouard Vaillant, 92100 Boulogne Billancourt, (hereinafter referred to as “the organizers”) are organizing a competition to win 2 VIP places at the 24h of Le Mans Thursday, June 12 and 1 night bed & breakfast on Thursday, June 12.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, organized, or endorsed by Instagram. META cannot be held responsible for any incident or malfunction related to the competition.

2. Conditions of participation
Participation in this operation implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
Participation is open to any individual who meets the following conditions:
• Be of legal age
• Reside in mainland France.
Any entry with incorrect or inaccurate contact information, or one that proves to be a false identity after verification, will be considered invalid. In the event of a dispute, only the listings will be valid. In the event of suspected fraud or unfair participation, the organizers reserve the right to carry out any verification they deem necessary. Any person connecting to the Instagram account and participating in the competition is at their own risk.

3. How to participate
Participation in this operation will be open from May 19 to 25, 2025 inclusive.
Participation takes place on the social network Instagram, in the form of a collaborative publication, on the accounts of Roole and AUTOhebdo, according to the following terms:
• Follow the accounts @AUTOHEBDO.MAG and @ROOLE_FR
• Like the competition post
• Tag the person you want to go with
Only entries meeting all 3 criteria listed above on the draw date will be accepted.

4. Lots

    LOT 1: 2 VIP places in the “Le Mans Spirit Club” hospitality for the day of Thursday, June 12, including:
    • Car park
    • Shared reception with terrace
    • High-end catering & open bar
    • Exclusive track view
    • Paddock access
    • Free access to simulators
    • Culinary and musical entertainment

    LOT 2: 1 night in Bed & Breakfast for 2 people, the night of Thursday June 12 to Friday June 13, 2025.
    Bed & Breakfast located at 16 rue du Midi France 72000 Le Mans. 1 room for 2 people with private bathroom with shower. Breakfast included.

    Booking conditions and terms:
    
The winner agrees to provide Roole – Identicar with their first and last name, telephone number, email address and postal address in order to fully benefit from their prize.  

    Prizes are non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced with another item, value, or service for any reason whatsoever. No cash equivalent will be awarded in exchange for the prize won, for any reason whatsoever.
    The organizers will not be held responsible for the use or non-use of the prize.

    5. Designation of selected participants
    After verification of compliance with the conditions and terms of participation, a draw will be held on May 26, 2025 via the Rafflys by AppSorteos tool by AUTOhebdo to determine the sole winner.

    To notify the selected participant, Roole will first contact them via Instagram private message using the account @roole_fr. Participants should be vigilant regarding private message requests on Instagram. If the selected participant does not respond within 72 hours, another participant will be selected.

    Each successful participant must then provide the following information within a maximum of 7 days from the date of notification of their selection:

    After having sent all their contact details to ROOLE, the winner will receive:

    LOT 1: ROOLE will send the winner by registered letter the 2 VIP hospitality places “Le Mans Spirit Club” for the day of June 12, 2025.

    LOT 2: ROOLE will send the winner the information necessary for access to their Bed & Breakfast room for the night of June 12, 2025

    The reservation for the bed and breakfast and the two VIP "Le Mans Spirit Club" tickets will be in the name of the recipient. Resale is strictly prohibited.

      7. Legal information
      The organizers take all measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal data they collect and process in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.
      The law of August 6, 2004, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and amending the law of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, regulates the use of personal data in order to limit the risks of use that would be contrary to freedoms. In accordance with legal obligations, no personal information will be collected or transferred to third parties without the user's knowledge. Furthermore, no personal information will be used for purposes not provided for in these terms and conditions.
      In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. Users may exercise this right by contacting the Data Protection Officer using the contact form https://www.valdemarne.fr/contact, under the "Personal Data (CNIL, GDPR)" category.
      The user will find information on their rights and responsibilities and on the protection of individual data on the website of the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (www.cnil.fr).
      The data collected is only intended to send information to people directly concerned by this operation.

      8. Terms of execution

      The general manager of services at Roole – Identicar and the legal representative of AUTO HEBDO EDITIONS are responsible for the execution of these regulations.
