WorldSBK legend Toprak Razgatlıoğlu conducted tests with Yamaha at MotorLand Aragón this week. He previously made his debut in the premier class of two-wheeled motorsport in 2022 on another Yamaha at the same circuit and then rode again in 2023 with the Japanese manufacturer.
The Turk, future pilot of MotoGP Joining Pramac Yamaha next season, he tested the team's M1, a model he was already familiar with. The three-time Superbike World Champion, a two-time title winner with BMW, had signed with the Japanese manufacturer's satellite team in the summer of 2025. He will therefore ride alongside Australian Jack Miller from January in the team that won the world championship in 2023.

Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will return to action in Valencia against his rival Nicolò Bulega
With less than 35% of the points available this season, Yamaha is among the D-tier manufacturers. This status grants them a number of privileges due to their position in the Constructors' Championship. The Japanese team can thus afford to offer tests to any rider at the circuit of their choice.
The new Pramac rider will participate next Tuesday in the post-season tests at the Ricardo Tormo circuit with his future team, where all the teams will be testing their bikes for the 2026 season. He will have the opportunity to test the V4 engine that is expected to be fitted to the Yamaha next season. Razgatlıoğlu will also share the track in Valencia with his Superbike rival Nicolò Bulega, who is replacing the 2025 world champion, Marc Márquez. He is not expected to ride again until the Sepang Shakedown, which will take place from January 29 to 31, 2026.
