Following Ella Lloyd and Abbi Pulling, a third female driver will be added to the Berlin Rookie Test on July 14. Held before the two races scheduled in the German capital, this day will allow the 11 teams to field two drivers who have never competed in an E-Prix. For Cupra Kiro, it will be Bianca Bustamante, a former driver in the Papaya colors.
In the image of McLaren with Lloyd and Nissan with Pulling, Cupra Kiro trusts a driver who has already driven in Formula ELike them, Bustamante took part in the test day reserved for female drivers last November, in this case with McLaren.
After two seasons in the papaya colors in F1 Academy, the Filipina is playing this year in the British championship of Formula 3. Beyond this freelance role, she also became a development driver for Cupra Kiro in Formula E and will accompany the team this weekend in Jakarta.
