Formula E announces a new rookie test in Madrid

While Formula E is preparing to contest its first Madrid E-Prix, on the permanent Jarama circuit on March 21, the 100% electric championship will offer a new chance for young wolves to shine at the wheel of the GEN 3 Evo, used by the teams in Season 12 of Formula E.

The rookie test day will be held immediately following the E-Prix, on Sunday, March 22nd. As with the Miami rookie test, each team will be required to field at least one rookie driver, with Nissan having decided to enter Gabriele Mini and Abbi Pulling in the United States. The list of invited drivers will be revealed in the coming weeks.

In Miami, one could find, among others Theo Pourchaire at Citroën or even the champion DTM Ayhancan Güven, in his capacity as running mate, PorscheFrenchman Alessandro Giusti, for his part, had represented Jaguar.
