Luke Browning returns to Hitech GP

Luke Browning will be able to finish 2024 with the certainty that he will be on the 2025 grid Formula 2 whatever happens. The Englishman, who contested the last three rounds of the season with ART Grand Prix, has been made official for his first full campaign.
