Launched under a safety car, this second French F4 race was also marked by the waving of a red flag from the very beginning. Starting from 4th position, Arthur Dorison took advantage of the numerous off-track incidents that occurred early on, causing several retirements. Among the drivers ranked high on the grid, Pablo Bello Riccobono and Roméo Leurs did not see the checkered flag, while Lisa Billard, who started 3rd, finished only 23rd.
Qualifying leader on Saturday in conditions even less passable than today, Andy Consani also suffered a track excursion, but was ultimately able to take 10th position. From the peloton, Matteo Giaccardi and Alex Munoz managed to pull off a victory after the restart, but it was Jules Roussel who had the best performance. Gaining no fewer than seven positions between the start and the finish, the French champion karting was even able to put pressure on the leader in the final laps.
