Rafael Villagómez returns to VAR in 2025

Rafael Villagómez remains in Formula 2The 23-year-old Mexican will play a second season in the antechamber of the Formula 1, once again with Van Amersfoort Racing, alongside John Bennett. A team he knows well since he has been linked to the Dutch team since 2021 and the Euroformula Open Championship. Last year, Rafael Villagómez was not very brilliant with a 24th place in the championship and only thirteen points scored in 28 races, with a best result of 7th place in Australia in the Main Race.

The Formula 2 grid is now almost complete: only the second ART Grand Prix seat remains to be allocated.
