Just minutes before the start of the Macau Grand Prix qualifying race, the French drivers have high hopes for the Guia circuit. Pole-sitter Théophile Naël managed to snatch first place from Freddie Slater. While both drivers will start from the front row, promising an intense battle for the lead, the other French drivers on the grid will also be in contention. Third-placed Evan Giltaire bounced back in Friday's Q2, while Taito Kato (racing under a French license this weekend in Macau) and Enzo Deligny secured fourth and fifth places, respectively. As a reminder, the result of this race will determine the starting grid for Sunday's Grand Prix.
