Abu Dhabi – Race 2: Pulling beats Chambers again

Nothing can resist Abbi Pulling (Rodin Motorsport). However, Chloe Chambers (Campos) once again had the opportunity to sign a second success this season after that of Barcelona last June. Like Race 1 earlier this Saturday, the protégé of Haas had managed to get the better of her rival from the first lap, taking advantage in turn of a bad judgment by the Englishwoman who blocked when braking at turn 6.

Thanks to better traction, she was then able to attempt a successful attack under braking at turn 9 to take the lead. This time seemed to be the right one. But there again, Chloe Chambers cracked. On the seventh lap, she went too wide at turn 12, opening the door wide to Abbi Pulling who was asking for more. Once again in the lead, the champion of this 2024 season then pulled away, pushing her opponent back to more than a second.

The Safety Car on the penultimate lap did not change anything for Abbi Pulling who took her 9th victory this season. Hamda Al Qubaisi (MP Motorsport) completed the podium just ahead Dorian Pin (Prema) and Maya Weug (Prema).
