The Australian, who spent the rest of his career in promotional formulas, including FRECA, with the PREMA team, joins one of his rivals, ART Grand Prix. Wharton thus completes the line-up of the French team, which will also include Laurens van Hoepen and Tuukka Taponen. The latter is currently battling with James Wharton for second place in the FRECA championship, before the final meeting, which will be held at Monza.
Wharton won't arrive without experience with the format F3, since he participated in the Silverstone meeting for Hitech Pulse-Eight. However, he will have to adapt, like the entire field, to a new car, which will make its debut next year. Enough to reset the counters and allow the rookies to stand out from the crowd?
