Doriane Pin will begin her FRECA season at Spa-Francorchamps

Although his main goal is to win the title in F1 Academy, Dorian Pin faces several challenges in 2025. Eager to continue her learning in car, and to increase her chances of progressing effectively, the Frenchwoman will take part in several FRECA races alongside Prema Racing.

While she missed the first round in Misano due to her presence in Miami from May 1st to 4th, the protégé of the sector Mercedes will also not be at the German event from October 3rd to 5th. This weekend of competition will also coincide with the Singapore deadline in F1 Academy.

Eight opportunities to shine for Doriane Pin

For the rest of the season, seven other events await Doriane Pin after this weekend's big debut in Belgium. Among these dates, the rider will be able to race in front of her home crowd, just like Evann Giltaire, the current leader of the discipline, at the meeting in Le Castellet from July 18 to 20.

In the rankings, Doriane Pin was ranked 27th in 2024 during her first season in the category. 13th among the rookies, but also first among the women, ahead of Marta Garcia, champion of the first edition of F1 Academy, and Maya Weug, her main rival this season, the French driver allowed the public to observe an interesting potential.

This season, entirely focused on single-seaters, and freed from her rib injury which prevented her from performing as she would have liked in the second half of the season, Doriane Pin certainly hopes to make a big splash by putting in a good performance this first weekend at Spa.
