Thanks to a good start, Freddie Slater, who started from pole position, held firm against the pressure from his rival Evan Giltaire on the first lap. But the Englishman was hit by the Safety Car triggered by Everett Stack's exit from the track less than ten minutes into the race. During the restart, the Frenchman was clever enough to surprise his rival and pull off a very nice overtake. Despite Evan Giltaire's audacity, the championship leader quickly moved back in front. Giltaire tried to stay in his rival's slipstream while waiting for an opportunity.
While Slater made his first big mistake, which cost him precious seconds ten minutes from the end of the race, the French driver took advantage of it to move into first position. The English driver, losing his rhythm, was overtaken in turn by Rashid Al Dhaheri and Taito Kato, who moved up to 3rd position to leave the poleman just off the podium. After a wheel lock that could have cost him dearly, the French driver Evan Giltaire won the race, 2.1 seconds ahead of Al Dhaheri. Kato moved up to third place on the podium, Théophile Naël was ninth and Enzo Deligny finished twelfth.
