PHM, the majority shareholder of the stable Formula 2, PHM Aix Racing, is no longer the largest owner of the Formula 2 team and Formula 3. In fact, it is the financial services company Aix Investment Group which is taking over.

In a press release, the company announced that“AIX Investment Group is proud to acquire 100% of the shares of the Formula 2 and Formula 3 teams, marking a major step forward in their pursuit of motorsport. With this strategic acquisition, these teams will now operate under the AIX Racing banner, marking the start of an exciting new beginning. This transition not only signifies a change in ownership, but also reflects a renewed commitment to setting new standards for success on and off the track. »

“With a focus on excellence, innovation and global impact, AIX Racing is poised to leave a lasting impression on the world of motorsport. As the motorsport community eagerly awaits the upcoming race at Imola from May 17-19, excitement is palpable around the debut of AIX Racing under its new identity. This event will mark the first time the team will compete solely under the AIX Racing name, symbolizing the start of an exciting new chapter. »
